    Most likely an alt for http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198060018445. Month old account with just TF2 and the latest $1 Humble Bundle and friend history shows him among the few friends he has, along with another suspected alts.

    Judging by the name history of the reported, http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198080973348 is most likely another alt.
