Hi, first i need to speak: i am not a english speaker, i speak portuguese, so proably i will do a lot of grammar and syntax errors ( sorry).

In my defense i need to speak that I did everything possible to improve the situation, i talked with my accuser a lot of times and tryed to give him back the value of the item that he traded me ( a vintage scout head, that coust 3,6 Refined metals).

He wanted to trade my balloonicom for his vintage baseball bill`s sports shine( Himself ofered the misc), i accepted the ofert and we trade.

Some time later, i went to see the price of the scout misc on the internet and i discovered that the price (in metal) of the misc was 1,6 REFs more than mine, so i put the misc for sell on the TF2 Outpost, some time later i trade the misc for 3,6 REFs and used the metal to trade for hats.

One day later i recived a message from the person that i have buyed the scout misc, he was angry with me claiming that i has a screammer and threatening me that he would report me, i talked with him for a long time, explainig that i have alredy sold the item, he got mad and started saying that would banish me and grab his hat and my refined metal back, in his words: ´´ too bad about your reputation, because you're officially listed as a source scammer. Your hat is mine, your metal is mine, and i got my hat back, so...
do us all a favor and suck a dick``.

I tried to help, I said that I could buy a new hat for him if he gave me the balloonicon I had changed and my refined metal back, he said I was a liar and would not do it.

I said: ´´The balloonicon that i have traded with you cost: 2 Refined metals, and i alredy have give to you 1,6 refined metals, we are quits, now remove your reportation and lets forget what happened``.

Now; i lose my balloonicon, my refined metal, my source reputation, that guy is saying that will catch my items and ban me from steam.

I do not know what to do, please help me !
I can show my trade history and prove that I gave him the fair value when he asked.


Sory my mistakes, but i need help, i dont know what to do.
