Certainly upload Paypal info (obscure any personal info if needed). I would certainly suggest speaking again and seeing if there is any truth in his claim he seeks to make things right.
I have spent a month talking to him. He said the buds were on an alt. His account got hacked. His email got hacked. The last straw was when he removed me and made his profile private.
