I'm a mod on SteamGifts - http://www.steamgifts.com/user/bobofatt

I suspended BaTuoc and Earl.ng a little over a month ago for alternate accounts, they registered with the same email address. Shortly after, Count registered for the website, using the same IP address as BaTuoc and Earl.ng. I suspended his account as well. He appealed, claiming to be the brother of BaTuoc, but the timing and the fact that batuoc was used for his customer URL led me to believe it was the same person. Appeal denied.

Today, Count sends me a friend request, and his profile is a duplicate of mine. I am unaware of any scam attempts, but believe it should be reported.

Couldn't find anything in the stickied threads about bumping... so... bump?
