Attempting to scam.

He offer a guy on dota2lounge.com about paying $1 for each of his rare.
And I add him to ask if he want to trade with me. And he say yes. (I'm not the guy he's asking)
Then, when I talk about the payment option.
He said he can pay me via paypal.
Then I ask him to add fund to steam and buy dota 2 treasure key and then he can give me the key (Actually, it's better for him because he only spend $15 for me instead of $16).
And he refuse to do that, he said that the reason is simply "don't want to pay for steam"

So, that's a story. I was thinking that he's a scammer at the beginning, just to make sure.
No one will pay that price for my items.
