This is my first report so please forgive me for my mistakes.
I don't have too much evidence as i closed the steam chat so please bare with me.
I was buying saints row 4 for keys on TF2outpost, i said no codes but eventually he convinced me (by lowering the price) he provided me with this rep thread: http://www.steamtrades.com/user/17ballin17I foolishly lost the code, and to get it again he made me pay an extra key.

The only reason i accepted the code is because he told me it was ROW (so i can use it in any country) And it doesn't work here in the UK so I paid 12 keys for a code i can't use. He lied about it being row and i don't even truly know if it's for saints row 4 it could be any game. I need proof of him telling me it's row and i just don't have it. he told me to use something like VPN? a proxy to make steam think i'm in another country.
