I added the user above to buy keys through paypal. They sold me 10 keys, I went first in this transaction paying $16.50 for 10 keys, they delivered everything went smooth. Then they say that they can sell me the rest of their 67 keys for $110.55. I sent the money and they say that they don't receive the money that was sent to the same paypal email. So they didn't trade me the keys which i was understanding of, so I gave it a day to see if they recieved the money via paypal, they delete me and change their name.

Chargeback the payment, any payment made via paypal can be charged back. I suggest you look into this.
