Ebay says the account was comprised, and Paypal says the transaction was not authorized.
One thing that opens up the possiblity of the person trying to make up the account being comprised is their Paypal has an address in Seattle Washington, where the event is, but is attached to a UK Ebay account, and Hungarian Email account, so I can't really make heads or tails of the whole deal. I'm currently in the process of trying to get Ebay to cover seller protection, so I'll make an update if anything reliant comes up. But it seems the user Yellow did something bad.
