    Attempted paypal scam. I don't even understand what he was saying towards the end. There's plenty of ongoing reports regarding this guy. That's why I brought up the vac ban and middleman - both came up in prior reports. For this just being a "****ing little hat," he seems pretty desperate to convince me.
