Description:

So this chap named "Tookla" (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198091394207) added me for a "trade". He wanted to trade my SR3 FP for a GTA Complete, like how I wanted. There was a few suspicions about him in my mind already, for instance he has no profile picture, pretty much nothing in his inventory, just 2 games (that to F2P), and then no +refs (this part can be ignored).
He offered me a GTA Complete key (claiming it was from a friend). Now obviously there's no such thing. So I have deduced that this chap is just another one of them scammers. So take care!

There are absolutely is such a thing as a key for the GTA Complete Bundle. One such example here:

That being said, he claimed to have a key that he didn't even know if it was working or not + it sounded like he was trying to rush you into a trade. I don't blame you for walking away, it does seem suspicious.

I was going to say that, while it does seem suspicious, there may not be enough evidence here. However, I just noticed that he is trade banned by Valve.

Also, your screenshot does not indicate who you are actually talking to. It could be anyone. Names are easily changed. When submitting evidence, that's why they ask for a screenshot of the person's Steam profile with their name and the URL showing as verification.

Sorry but SR doesn't normally investigate CD keys reports.
