What this user is doing is going around on servers asking for donations for the "Shpees Are We Foundation" which he claims goes directly to what he calls "baby shpees."

This user also goes by the alias "00Spycrab."

I cannot find any more proof that this person is scamming, but if anybody else has seen this person and can vouch for me it would be appreciated.
