Before we begin, this was not actually a scam. However, it was the most blatant potential scam I'd seen in a while, so I thought I'd bring it to everyone's attention, in case there are other reports on the guy.

Quite simply all that happened was; he added me, and told me his "brother" would buy my buds, but he needed to borrow my buds first (why would anyone do that??). He said he would give me 30 keys 8 minutes after (5 keys more than I'm asking for buds - probably trying to temp me to do it - and 8 minutes is a bit specific?).

I repeat, I wasn't dumb enough to give this guy buds but it stinks too much for me not to bring it here.

Thanks. While I agree that potentially he may be trolling, I somehow doubt it. It seems a bit of a strange thing to do to "troll". Either way, I brought it here to be made aware of, as further evidence should anyone actually get scammed.

Unfreinded, his name consantly changes but you can cheeck for proof along with my baited item ID's

Unless he gets those keys fast, this guys f✿✿✿ed XD

On a further note we traced him down to a server and upon pressing and proding him for an hour and an hour of 3 name changes and no repsonses, he proceded to taunt us and privates his profile.
Hes a troll and a scammer, but I can rest with ease he will be shunned and punished by the fourms or steam itself!

To assist Helen, I'm posting to state the Accused User is currently marked as a scammer.
