Description: I posted a trade on dota2lounge asking for a trade of my princess penelope courier + 1 rare : captain bamboo courier. The scammer, who did not reply directly to the dota2lounge post, added me on steam and initiated the trade. After we both added the agreed upon items to the trade window, the scammer asked if i could change the rare item to something he wanted. I said no and he tried asking for something else and i said no again. The scammer finally said to finish trade but he went on to remove his courier from his trade window while clicking complete trade. I was alert to his tricks and did not accept and after a few seconds he proceeded to log offline. Outcome: I didnt get scammed of any items.
