He offered me E-Mails with Minecraft Premium Accounts for my items on Tf2Outpost.com

Okay now, how am I a scammer ?

Also, I ask him "Why am I a scammer?" He says "You're a scammer without any explanation"

The scam isn't proven. But what is proven is the very first message where he promises an "email with unlimited minecraft keys". So here are his options:

A: Lying, is a scammer

B: Using a keygen to get illegitimate keys

Contacted NeonSide_ to ask him where the Minecraft come from.
He admit they were illegitimate and illegal.

Nope, I'm not. I didn't say that they're "illegal". I said that selling any type of accounts on steam is illegal.

It's violation of ToS to sell Minecraft accout.
Not only on Steam.

You can easly had selling constantly the same accounts over and over... Just recovering your "Stolen" account.

Unless you can explain your legality of the account itself, you are better to explain yourself.

Well, I was reselling 'em. There's a lots of accounts to buy on skial or mpgh for cheap then you can resell 'em for more and why do you ask? That's not proving that I'm a scammer.

You are violating Steam ToS, Mojang ToS and selling some account that get recovered when you sold them.
The accounts sold on those website aren't real account they are illegally generated and then they get closed.

Well, I don't really remember those accounts. I don't think that they get recovered, because people whom I sold, they don't add me again.

I don't believe that selling accounts in anything should ever be allowed, but people do it anyways. It's not necessarily a scam as these "legit accounts" (as they're often called by sellers) are very easy to come by and many are sold without any serious issue. I remember looking into this a while back when people started selling these accounts on SourceOP. They usually originate from questionable sources such as hacking websites (ie mpgh + sythe) and end up in other trading systems. I have no idea if these are hacked accounts, keygenned accounts, etc. There really isn't enough evidence to prove that he was not going to give you accounts.

I am, however, confused as to how you can sell an email with an infinite number of minecraft accounts.
