    So It happen when I was playing TF2 when I found a misc I thought cool So I told my friend that You want it.So he wanted it so he *price check* and said it was 3 ref.So he offered me I took it.Later he told me he ripped me off my misc.I tried telling him can i have it he still said no even though I had his Stuff he offered

    Sorry but this seems like a sharking report. Steamrep doesn't cover shark reports, though you can try and report him to a community such as MannCo Trading that does.

    Unfortunately this seems to be a shark report, Steamrep doesn't directly ban on these kind of reports but they're appreciated. However I'll have to archive your report due to this.

    I invite you, to report this kind of event into trade servers such as Mann Co trading, who handle them.
