Description:

Found this little guy through trade.tf. Probably a phisher, though I can't tell. Judging from how many unusuals he has, he might have found a new niche or something. I don't have any screenshots or chat logs of his method, but most of the victims are banned on Steam and had a huge drop in their inventory. They show up right beneath the scammer in the histories. Also moved a bunch of unusuals from other alts to this profile.
