So, I'm the original owner of the hat: B.M.O.C. , painted white. I had borrowed it to my friend, Joesalamence because we're really close friends and we usually help each other with our trades. My friend made this trade on outpost: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14407985 . And, as you can see, the user called : x13B Stacks said he would buy it for the 15 keys price. The point is that x13B Stacks was on a mobile device so he asked my friend, Joesalamence, to make a trade throught the Steam Beta system. Therefore, my friend did the offer with all the 15 keys but according to him the trade glitched and not a single key appeared, saying that he was basically giving it away. x13B Stacks accepted it right away, even though my friend tried to cancel it.

After that, he, my other friend, Dubstep (the witness) tried over and over and over again to convince him about paying the 15 asked keys or at least giving the B.M.O.C. back. His answer, as you can see, was that he did "nothing wrong" and it wasn't his fault. As you can see on the chats, he ran away many times and ignored my friend requests. I tried my best to get what I worked hard and paid with real money back but he didn't even care. As you can see, the user got his B.M.O.C. and used the other keys to buy himself a bud... I really need it back... I'll try to provide more screens as soon as Joesalamence comes back online.

Please, let me know if I need to add more information because I'm willing to do my best to get this person marked and my B.M.O.C. back

The user just traded the B.M.O.C. away: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14453787 . If you check his bp and the former owner of the vivid plasma Prancer's Pride (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14261284) the scammer paid 19 keys + my ex B.M.O.C. for that... I would really appreciate a reply soon...

Hey! What agreement you're talking about? The one I gave my friend the item or the one my friend gave him the item? Because I posted our both trade histories

It was his trade history actually but still, it cleary says that he traded with me "gubulls" and traded it some minutes after that with "x13B Stacks". I even showed that x13B Stacks got his items as "new items" on his backpack.
