So, I'm the original owner of the hat: B.M.O.C. , painted white. I had borrowed it to my friend, Joesalamence because we're really close friends and we usually help each other with our trades. My friend made this trade on outpost:http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14407985 . And, as you can see, the user called : x13B Stacks said he would buy it for the 15 keys price. The point is that x13B Stacks was on a mobile device so he asked my friend, Joesalamence, to make a trade throught the Steam Beta system. Therefore, my friend did the offer with all the 15 keys but according to him the trade glitched and not a single key appeared, saying that he was basically giving it away. x13B Stacks accepted it right away, even though my friend tried to cancel it.

After that, he, my other friend, Dubstep (the witness) tried over and over and over again to convince him about paying the 15 asked keys or at least giving the B.M.O.C. back. His answer, as you can see, was that he did "nothing wrong" and it wasn't his fault. As you can see on the chats, he ran away many times and ignored my friend requests. I tried my best to get what I worked hard and paid with real money back but he didn't even care. As you can see, the user got his B.M.O.C. and used the other keys to buy himself a bud... I really need it back... I'll try to provide more screens as soon as Joesalamence comes back online.

On the screenies: You can actually see the trade history between my friend "Joesalamence" and me, where we traded it between us for a while. You can also check the scammer's backpack when he received the new items (he used the 15 keys that were supposed to be used on my B.M.O.C. to buy the pair of buds), you can also check one of the trades when he ADMITS what happened on the trade to "mottacorrea". My friend Jewish, who knows a lot more about this kind of reports than I do, helped me with some screenies of his chat with the scammer.

If I need any other kind of information to make this report stronger, please let me know but please be patient because there's a lot of stuff going on the last few days. I'm providing more proof/screenies if necessary. Thank you all for your time and patience.

Noting in Scammer-5.png that the BMOC left his friend's backpack without a + 15 Mann Co. Supply Key marking below it, it would indicate that the scammer didn't pay anything for it.
Also in SCAMMER - BEST PROOF.png "He didn't add keys for me to pay, I just accepted it" covers another angle.
Please also note all the chats made by Jewish Cuddly Bunnies, this kid is easily seen lying about how he got the BMOC.

I agree with you, there isn't an angle I can see where this kiddo isn't guilty of scamming.

Your report was accepted and the accused was banned. Feel free to report a violation via their Steam profile.

In order to do that, you have to:
1. Visit the accused's profile
2. Click "More" drop-down located at the top right of the page
3. Choose "Report Violation"
4. Select the violation, then describe it and provide the evidence
5. Click "Submit Report"
