He tried cheating me then gave a warning about -rep.

All I did is to tell everyone in my community about his scamming actions then they go -rep him, that's all. Am I wrong to warn people against such scammer ? When now my account is BANNED from trade ?, then his stt is recovered ? Then he go to scam people again ? Justice here ?
