    Description:
    Jeb added me to buy my gut knife. He said that he wanted to pay cash. He insisted that he could send money via steam's Trade Offers and then pretended that that was part of the offer. I didn't expect that the feature was real, so I didn't go for it, but I expect that this is a common tactic on his part.
