    I met him on Steam trades, he added me as friend and he asked me to trade him a scriblenauts key for Guns of Icarus Online. So I went first, then he disconnected, changed nickname (now he is called Bruce Wayne) and made his profile private.

    Hello, Steamrep has changed their Investigation Policy so that they do not process CD Keys/Game Code reports.
    Because of this, they ask everyone who had their CD Key/Game Code scammed to report to the community (Steam Trades in your case) and make a Steam support ticket.
