Description: My friend was selling an Unusual Lord Cockswain's Pith Helmet on TF2 Outpost. He was selling it for 1 Bud and 2 Keys. He was negotiating a deal for the Unusual, the scammer wanted to pay him 1 bud. The victim said, "The best I can do is 1 bud and 2 keys." The scammer replied, "Okay add me on my other account." The scammer sent the victim a link to his other account. The victim clicked the link and then signed into his steam account. Then it exited the victim out of his steam client, and said he logged in onto a different computer. Then he tried logging in and it didn't work. He then tried to recover his password and it went to a different email then his own. I checked his TF2 backpack and his Unusual wasn't there. In the backpack history graph, his value was about $53 and then it dropped down to $6 the next day, when he was never on his account. The scammer was banned on the TF2 Outpost trade, but he is not vac banned or anything else. If the victim's account is recovered and the scammer is banned, will his Unusual Hat be recovered? I would like this guys account pinned as scammer on SteamRep. Here is a link to the outpost trade. You cant see the messages since the admin who banned him and hid them. Also here is his backpack.tf so you can see it gone and the history graph drop.
