[nG.] AStradamus stated that user TheFullMetal had offered his Stormy Storm Team Captain on his Burning Flames Birdcage; however, when asked about the offer, TheFullMetal stated that no such offer had been made. When confronted about the matter, [nG.] Astradamus admitted he had lied about the offer.
Unfortunately, while the guy is kind of a jerk for saying that was his current offer when it didn't appear to be, it is not quite within the scope of a SteamRep tag. If he used that to take an item from you or attempt to take an item from you without compensation, that would be, but the most I can do is make notes about this and archive it.
