Invalid ? (?)

Good day/night to anyone reading , this person suddenly added me http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198060692741/ asking if he could buy my unusual hats for paypal money, he refused to link me any proof that he had rep and kept his profile private throughout our chat. The screenshots should provide a more clearer picture as I'm not really too good with words.

Hope he gets what's coming to him.

Allways use the proper format when reporting, it saves the admins a bunch of time. Also you did the right thing not trusting it as there have been multiple Paypal scams going on lately in this exact manner (Randomly adding, offering close to over B/O, private profile with no hours of the games mentioned).
