SR Admins need more than just a picture as the profile of the scammer. All evidence you have should be included in your report. If you don't provide all informations the report may be rejected.

To find the scammer you will have to go in your Inventory History.
How do you find History of your inventory?
Simply go on your profile, click on the Inventory and choose View Inventory button.
