SR Admins need more than just a few words and that's like screenshots of the trade agreement, chat or Inventory History. All evidence you have should be included in your report. If you don't provide all informations the report may be rejected. How do you find History of your inventory? Simply go on your profile, click on the Inventory and choose View Inventory button.
