Once they reach enough of the points it will ask them for steam log in as the full login info: Name+pass+email+email pass. I don't know if to report this guy as the people can get manipulated. But posting: "you could get a steam card as well" is a little suspicious. Remember that Steam will NEVER give you something for free even it may look as so.
