Invalid a guy who isn't a scammer but is noticed as a scammer

So i looked to my steamrep profile and noticed that i'm friend with 2 scammers. When i look this up and see who are my scammer friends, i found out that it is this guy:http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198062522462/
I've traded this guy 2 weeks ago and he was friendly trader with fair prices. And also he has 24 pages of rep. This trader has a brother who uses the same internet as himself (= logic). He did't knew that his brother was scamming other people so he didn't stop him because he didn't knew. He knew that his brother was a scammer AFTER he was noticed as scammer. Nowadays he gets messages of random people who make fun of him because he is noticed as scammer. He would like to be considered as a fair trader instead of being accused for scamming. I think he deserves a second chance because he didn't do anything wrong. Also when you look at his backpack he doesn't really have anything valueble

To be honest i havent really scammed anyone either and i have kept my nose clean over the past months. I would love to be unmarked and i would appreciate it but if not i can understand.
