Improper Format A huge crazy Scammer inbound

Well lately i was trying to sell my bills an unusual on TF2 Outpost and this guy called "PewDiePie" ( Of course not the real one) added me and said he's ready to give me 500$ for cancel unusual and bills not painted.
If i go first of course he will give me 500$ later.
After talking a little bit he said he will give me 9000$ for the items, and of course hes a failure.
