Improper Format A large sum

To keep ot short, some scammer tried to get my items for money, apperantly i thought he first wasn't serious so i showed what i had for sale and thought he would show his as well, when i showed my goods he said he would give me 150 euros, I of course had nothing against recieving a large amount so i said "Sure", then he said that i should exchange and that he would guarantee money to me, then i said why he "didn't do it on that site", of course i meant steam community market (excuse me for that error of mine, i have never traded on it and didn't know you could only trade marketable items on the market) lets just say i asked why he didn't do a transaction instead of simply "promising me money". Later he showed some crates in his windows and called them "GRAPHICS oil com" and said they were 150 euros!

I suppose that should be enough proof to see what happened, an please correct me if i did anything wrong, this is my first time reporting!
