He was my friend, until he scammed me out of a strange scattergun for a strange medigun, which isn't worth anything near a scattergun. He asked me for either my strange eyelander or scattergun, I offered my scattergun, when we worked out a decision, we completed the trade, and I found out to be scammed when I saw how much a medi gun is worth. He has the scattergun in his inventory, or he might have traded it away again to keep himself hidden.

Also from the sounds of it this seems like a sharking report. Steamrep doesn't cover shark reports though you can try and report him to a community such as MannCo Trading that does.

Unfortunately this seems to be a shark report, Steamrep doesn't directly ban on these kind of reports but they're appreciated. However I'll have to archive your report due to this.
