Accusing people of hacking their account

So this guy checks your IP and then accuses you publicly of hacking (name and shame on the forums)

Oh my I have seen this girl* running around the forums saying this user is a hacker then posting all his info to his Steam ID with the quote ban this guy, the best part of a this is her own "The shame list group" I would suggest to ignore everything she is trying to prove, because if someone says that her profile have multiple times being targeted by "hackers" which caused to hide her IP and use VPN without knowing the fact there is a mobile authenticator, thus all I can say he just another person who can become so sensitive with his stuff.

We're talking about it here in this topic, so (s?)he must be hacked.

If correct, it's very, very complicated and hard to just "check" your IP address through steam without you actually clicking a website URL she has sent you, or you have been a steam call with her; which is still quite hard either way.
