Description: He just added me to friends, said that one guy wants to add me to friends but he can't for some reason and I should add him. The site is just faked steamcommunity.com. I need to login to do anything and when I go to badges it says the site already got reported for phishing (I have it all recorded). He wasn't answering my questions. Some days later he sent me exactly same message again. Then he removed me from his friends list.

Just wait patiently, bumping hurts you since it puts you further back. The staff will be able to deal with your report when they are able do.
