    So I encountered a scammer today. I ran him through steamrep and saw that he already had a scam report and that he was banned on FoG. Would an additional report help? I have all the screenshots of our conversation and his attempt to scam me.

    Yes you can make a report - Its always good to check to see if a user is tagged BEFORE accepting friend request - best to avoid them if at that point you see them tagged.
