Alliedbans are gone. What should I choose from the tag?

Item 'BANNED BY ROOK, ROK CAUTION' is missing. So I asked them to choose SR CAUTION, but the appeal was canceled.
What should I do in this case?

1. The SR privilege has been revoked due to an indefinite shutdown of the AlliedBANS system. (Delete forum authority and tags)
2. AlliedBANS entries will be registered at https://forums.steamrep.com/pages/legacy/
3. Existing ROK van users enter SR Caution. (Enters Legacy Ban as a Special Item)
