Appeal description:

I'll preface this by saying that Xenophobia has allowed me to open up a new appeal due to my first appeal being mishandled. He's also been helping me since February of 2014, and going above and beyond what was necessary to help me out. Regardless of the result of this appeal, I've been beyond satisfied with the assistance provided by him/her.

9 screenshots, 1 of my inventory, 2 of my aliases, 1 of the trade history of his former Liquor Locker going to my inventory before he lost the Spycrab, the rest unrelated to me.

I was on a friend's server the late night of June 22nd, 2012. He owned the server. He allowed me to middleman spycrabs, but this was a case where the alleged "victim" challenged me. We did it, I won. He complained, and reported me to Steamrep and it went through. I was under my normal alias (at the time, "[RTJPodcast] Dr. Fuzzyboots") when the trade went through, but I did change my name multiple times throughout the night on the same server to mock him, simply because he was saying I wasn't a real admin (I was, server is now defunct) and that I was impersonating the name of a real admin. I changed my name from "[RTJPodcast] Dr. Fuzzyboots" to "[JTR] >>F4ustin<<" and "[JTR] >>F4lex<<" because of the names of our friend's, the owners, Austin and Alex (the JTR being the reverse of RTJ), as well as ">>SHS<< Powerb4r". This was all done on server, so people were notified when this happened. My name was later changed to "Barack Obama" as I reentered the server to further mock their false accusations, and did my best (And admittedly awful) Obama impression. The owner who was on at the time (Austin) got sick of how bad it was and asked me to change my name back so that I could continue to help anyone that needed assistance under my registered admin name. Hours later, after the owner went to sleep, we visited other servers under our regular names, and GHS still continued to follow us through servers accusing us of scamming. I changed my name to "-=GHS=-is full of punjab f✿✿✿s", "=GHS= is full of punjab f✿✿✿s" and "-=GHS=-Homeless Undead" (due to the leader's(?) name being ZombieHobo), and their continual harassment.

All of the names in which I changed to were not legitimate clans. There was no trades made under alternate names, as evidenced by this screencap: http://forums.steamrep.com/attachments/inventory-png.2109/

I'm also under the belief that some of the "evidence" was doctored. The item history in that same screencap shows that it was solely in my possession after him, and yet this screencap: http://forums.steamrep.com/attachments/tradehist-png.2110/

shows that it was traded to the other admin. Uploaded are pictures of how simple it is to change names. If there were screencaps of the actual trade, it wouldn't be possible to edit it, but there isn't.

I have a friend who is a wiki cap holder who is willing to vouch that I would never scam, although I've been informed by Xenophobia that vouches aren't accepted.
