I'm not sure how this could be resolved given the circumstances.

All my previous replies in that thread are accurate. I attempted to make contact, I'm not sure why there was an issue when I requested him, but since then it hasn't even been possible.​

Repayment is very difficult because the user has not been online in over 2 years. Neither steam, nor steamrep forums.

I'm actually unsure if I have access to any of my alt accounts. I can list them, however I have not logged into them since creation really, and I don't recall login information unless I go really search for it. AKA, I basically don't care to use them for anything. I'll list them below
