Appeal description:

More than 10 years have passed since I've done this huge mistake of mine.

I don't want to give up and I hope that my patience and persistence will pay off. I've tried contacting the victim several times but without any success. I would love to reimburse him for the damage I have done - I can and will reimburse him 3x, 5x or 10x the value - just if only I am given the chance but I can't reach out to him.

I don't have any other steam accounts and I don't want to have any other ones. This is my account and that's the account that I've grown up with - that's my childhood.

I'm a little desperate, there's nothing new on the case, I know and I'm truly sorry for what I did 10 years ago. I tried appealing in 2015, then I tried an appeal review in 2020, and I'm trying again.

You have to understand that I've really had a change of heart and that if I didn't, I wouldn't be here after so many years and wouldn't be trying for this third time.
