Appeal description:

I have posted here a few weeks ago and today, my nephew told me that repaying the victim is the only thing that I can do to remove the ban. I'm not sure about this so if can admins please tell me by replying to this thread and I also found the victim and his name is unknown, I added him on steam and talked with him and I told him if I can only repay him as I've seen there are people here who scammed but repaid their victims and their ban has been removed.

I told the guy and I'm going to pay him 15$ as the item is worth 15$ but he told me to ask SR admins first as he's probably not gonna accept my repay if he's not sure about this but let's just see.

I found him as I was reading the thread that I made before and then I scrolled down as there's a link that says it's a similar post and then I checked it and found out that he was the one who gets scammed.
