'Banana' this was one I wanted to use as an alt but decided not to as I didn't want to start over, plus I wanted to quit trading at the time anyway. 'Killingdollar' and 'Sander' is the friend in question which caused this ordeal, and why he is listed as my alt is explained below.​

Appeal description:

Hello,

I have a lot that I want to explain and discuss. I'm going to start with the first things first - I've had two appeals before this. Both were denied but they were missing information that I do have right now. Originally, a few years ago when I was probably around 11, I was introduced with the wonderful thought of getting an item and not paying back for it. After I did this, I shortly after felt bad for this person and returned the items in question.

Now, in the days that I actively played TF2 me and my friend would often play together (in the same house), at the time scamming to receive items was an interesting thought for me but I never decided to do it. My friend, however did attempt to scam people through either items or PayPal. Originally I thought the reason I was banned was my earlier 'scam' mentioned above, however after some further research I believe it was because he scammed on my IP, and not the above mentioned reason.

Since I got this new information I decided to contact a Steamrep admin called 'Skyrider', whom I talked to and explained the situation to. Sadly he said that it's a tough situation and there wasn't much he could do, and he was unsure if appealing would help. I myself have doubts too, but I felt like I should atleast attempt to appeal instead of do nothing. I'm currently not really into TF2 anymore but I am interesting in Dota 2 trading and this tag is hindering me. I've performed many deals on other sites where I have high reputation so showing proof is not of issue, however all the automatic bans on sites and servers are.

I know that SteamRep has a fairly strict one-appeal policy, and this is already my third, but I feel like with this new information I should atleast attempt to. I have no intention to ever scam someone and I will make fully sure that no scams will ever occur from an IP used by me again. My current tags that are displayed on my SteamRep profile are "Banned by RAWR","Banned by SOP" and "Banned by UHC". After reading previous topics I hear that RAWR and UHC no longer exist and thus are unable to be appealed, so the only one I am appealing here is my SOP tag. The ban on RAWR and UHC was not even because a scam was performed there, but because fo an auto-ban.

I personally feel like it is unfair to keep someone banned for a scam I had basically no controll of, and as I am not guilty of anything in this case. Finally, a previous appeal[1] of mine stated that it was my 4th appeal, but I verified with Skyrider that I have, in fact, only made two appeals. I'm not sure if this matters a lot but just in case I've also added a reference [2] to high trust rating I have on another site. (Proof that it is me is on my profile).
