Alright so I was banned 1520 days ago.
which is 4 years 161 days aprox...

Let me explain what happened when I got banned.

I was really into call of duty at the time and was young, I played 100% legit all the time and abused the fact that you can shoot through walls in that game...ANY WALL pretty much. Anyway, the admin on the server was a 10 year old kid who basically kept threatening to "ddos" me when I played on the server because he thought I was cheating all the time. Out comes he pushed the server into a modded lobby which is vac secured and anything we did on the server counted as cheating and pretty much exploited the vac ban system at the time and many of these cases again "at this time" were made and half of them at most were appealed. A lot of them still weren't.. I've tried to contact steam right after the fact that it happened and got no legit answer, they basically said "screw you, you're not getting unbanned" in the most unprofessional way they could. I was angry at the time and has since haunted me playing all of my steam games and all the events. I read up that I am NOT ABLE to participate in any of the events AT ALL if I'm vac banned. EVEN THOUGH I can still put effort into it.

Anyway, my point is..this is 4, almost 5 years ago over what was a broken system that screwed up and didn't want to admit it. Modded lobbies are still around today that can do the same thing...I've stopped playing call of duty just because of this problem I had 4 years ago, I think the game is garbage and it's all just rehashing the same game.

I cannot prove that I didn't hack. I don't even know how anyone would go about proving you aren't a cheater...All I know is what happened, things like this happened and it made a lot of innocent people have vac banned accounts. But quite honestly, steam is lucky that I even still go to them or play here. But then you see yourself with $1000+ of games that i'm gripped by the balls on and If I lost the account because I was disputing it too much or whatever excuse it may be later on then I'd have wasted all of my money and time.

All I can say to sum this all up is that it was 4 years ago, just resolve it, you can check, I've not been caught for ANYTHING afterwords. In reality, I'm the least of steam's concern right now, steam is a lot easier to hack now that hackers have experience, I mean come on, it's like using a game shark on a Nintendo.

Trust me, a lot of my game experience is ruined by these people. Every time I run into a cheater I think of my vac ban and get annoyed that valve thinks i'm one of these people. If I were truly a cheater in games I would keep doing it. Would have multiple accounts and not even try to appeal my account. I personally think steam should have some sort of auto-appeal where after 5 years your vac gets lifted automatically. Anyway, thanks.​

Actually I need to add to this post. I don't know who i was banned BY it just says vac ban, I don't know what "Banned by SR" is.

VAC Ban = Valve Anti Cheat ban.
