Appeal description:

Hello,

After reading all the policies and work methods, I would still like to appeal, knowing well that it could end up in another archived appeal. Either way...:

I don't really have any new (or old) evidence of what happened, since the happenings occured ages ago.

Honestly, I don't really trade, never was a trader. Just did an occasional trade here and there. Especially in Team-Fortress 2. But never cared much about it.
Now, I happen to have a game which I would like to trade and I find myself prohibited from entering a few trade websites due to the tag that I have here in the SteamRep community.

I know that in other appeal(s) I have already reported what happened, so I believe that a résumé of the situation that got me my first tag is enough.

I ran after losing a spycrab for one key.

I don't feel the need to justify why I did what I did, but honestly, I ran because I did not have a key to pay. I guess I was just a "noob" looking for a freebie.

But that's water under the bridge...
Not the reason that my tag is up!

Yes, I was tagged for the spycrab event. Once I discovered what SteamRep was, I appealed to that tag. The problem was that the tag was not a SR tag and because I did not do my research at the time, I did not know about the tag differences.
Once the Admin in charge explained me what I needed to do, I went to the community that tagged me (I don't remmember which one was, but I'm sure you have it on your archives); appealed; found the user who tagged me; paid him his key and got my tag removed.

Now here is where it gets tricky for me.
Once I got my tag removed - after admiting to run from a paid spycrab event - I got yet another tag on my profile! Not more than a couple hours after, I believe.
That tag was saying that I had lied on my appeal.

Honestly, I do not understand where I did allegedly lie on my appeal, and in which appeal was that alleged lie.
To me - without having the same information as you have on your archives - I feel that my process was misunderstood, to say the least.

And, in an hypothetical situation in which the SR appeal was not matching the appeal made to the community that issued the tag (or some situation like that), how can one get tagged as a scammer just for allegedly lying in a appeal??
And why does SteamRep overturn the decision made by the community which was at the center of the problem?

I got a report. I issued the report. I got "clean" after it! So why am I "dirty" again?
Lying?!
I do belive that things would not escalate to where it did if only the SteamRep admin that issued me a tag for being a "liar" (not a scammer, a liar!) would have contacted the person who first reported me as a scammer.
I honestly do not understand why and how running from one spycrab got me tagged in mine, my family's and my friend's accounts forever! And as "Alt lied during appeal".

Now, I know that I did a bad thing, which I did all I could to make things right after. But, as old as things are, I do not remmember trying to pull a fast one on somebody by lying.
I know for a fact that none of my friends issued an appeal. And my brother told me he did appeal back in the day, but he was banned as an Alt accound for the spycrab situation, when he had his own account and I had mine. He never should have been punished for the actions I did in the first place.

Concluding, I do not know if sometihng is to be made of this new report. But if it really is going to be archived again, I would just like to have some enlightenment as to why am I tagged.
