Appeal Reason: [Accounts] Hijacked - My account was abused by hijacker

Victim Repayment: No, I committed no fraud or had no direct victims
Previous Appeals: Yes, I appealed here before and the admin told me to appeal again at a later date​

Simply alt-accounts, gone bad. I no longer have any association with what has happened in terms of banning, so with this, I will say they have been abandoned despite previous usage.​

Appeal description:

First off, I do wish to say I have lost all patience for the SteamRep admins, with all due respect of course. My previous appeal was posted on August 31st, 2013, and was lastly commented on by an admin/mod during the month of July, 2014. So it took almost one entire year to view my appeal, not only was I furious, but I was very angry at the length of time it took for my appeal to be viewed. Once told my app was being looked at by a member, I told them I had no patience and did not care anymore. It was ridiculous how it had been one ENTIRE year since I posted an appeal, and even now I do not expect results in the next month or two. But I am tired of the constant [SCAMMER] tag being stuck to me whenever I desire to go onto Trading Websites and or servers within Team Fortress 2.

These three images are my proof of my Steam Ticket during my time with the account takeover in 2009, I don't feel as if I need to explain my backstory or what happened. As I've already done so in my previous appeal, which took almost an entire year to be viewed which infuriated me. Yes, I was much younger during the ticket request, so of course my mother had been there to help me get my account back as we had credit card information on it. I have contacted Helen from TF2Outpost about this before, and she did nothing to help my case get resolved despite her claiming to do so. So I'm sure to whoever is viewing this I no longer have any patience for these things, which is logical being as Helen never did anything despite me emailing her, and with my appeal taking almost an entire year just to be viewed. If proof of emailing Helen is required, I will gladly do so to prove I have done all I can to remove my phisher tag.

Also, if an explanation of what has happened is required I will do so, even if my previous appeal has most of the information on it.

You didn't respond in a timely manner on your appeal. Gave you 2,5 week there instead of 7 days.
The intention for that "ALT" of the question in the Appeal Form is to paste SteamRep ID blocks in them, along with a explanation on them what they where for, status etc. Or to establish that some of them may be from a relative in the same household or friend that visited.

To begin with, you responded to my appeal almost an entire year later. So even with you telling me how many weeks I had /to acknowledge/ you saying it is going under investigation doesn't change the fact that it took almost one full year for ONE reply as seen by the time logs on my previous appeal. I again intend all respect toward you, but it was an entire year. That's a fair enough reason to be upset over.

Both of these as stated, was used by my youngest brother. I have not the slightest clue as to what the heck he was doing.
Which of course is hard to believe, but he nor I have any association with either accounts anymore upon him being VAC banned from Team Fortress 2.

Don't expect to be on front of the queue when there are literally near a 750 appeals to do. We do what we can, and we are gaining on them atm. And that can only be done by pushing responsetimes down. A lot never respond anymore and we cannot go about and add every single one of them.

We DID advice ppl for a long time already to keep watching their appeal threads, there is automation build into the forum to get emails.

I wont respond on your appeal again till your appeal is up and when it is me taking your appeal.

I advice you to read that thread linked above completely, and give all info as requested.
