Appeal description:

It has been more than three years that I have received my ban. After a long period of me getting scammed on dota 2 lounge and me trying to scam people, it has been a good amount of time. I am truly sorry. Yes, I know how being scammed feels like. That is why I did it. I was 15 then. Now I am 18, and I know scamming other people is not the solution. I know it is too late to apologize, I want to try to redeem myself, if I even can. I want to join the trade community and I want to be a better trader. I hope I can have to chance to speak with the Admins, even if my situation is dire. I thank you for the time you have taken to consider my appeal.
