As I don't find any other reason, I think your UHC Caution has slipped thru the mazes of our audit on to remove these. Hence, the caution has been removed.

Explanation of the tag (as requested):
In the early days of SR, any ban on the recognized communities (UHC, TF2-T, ASBO, and some others etc) was a automatic caution tag. Later we dropped that after much discussion, for it was unfair for those that got banned for trivial reasons.
