Appeal description:

Hello, I would like to appeal to be unbanned on steam rep as the previous owner of this account (my older brother 76561198187948905 ) had used this as a side account to scam people. He moved to his main account a few months ago and prepared this account for me. I have had no idea I was banned on steam rep until recently. People have needed to trade for me as I couldn't. This resulted in a ban for those people. My brother has since payed the people he scammed back but I have suffered the backlash of his actions. I would like to be unbanned so I can trade again and not be kicked from servers due to my brother. If you check around Christmas time a lot of money has entered my steam account and there has been a lot more activity too.
