Appeal description:

I have attempted on my own to contact the victim about 6 days ago. The victim was offline for 40 days since this has been submitted. Once I am able to successfully contact the victim I will repay them. I have recently started getting back into steam and playing CS:GO. I am trying to appeal this so I can use CS:GO lounge and earn some skins as well as be able to join trading servers.​

Do you think they are going to all the person who scammed them i just got scammed and i wont add the scammer back

Blocking the accused that scammed you from adding you again means they cannot pay back to you. We do require a certain amount of effort to contact them, after that it will be handled as it was paid back if the reporter makes it impossible. We can't require more of them then make a honest effort.

If they paid back, the reporter can reply on the appeal about the repayment. And repayments must be in full.

Is there any other ways to contact the victim in order to repay since they have been offline for 41 days so far?

Hello there, I have recently just seen the email which got sent to me personally, thank you SilentReaper for messaging me, I'm not on as much anymore. I will accept being repaid but unfortunately I don't really use my steam account anymore and the best way to repay me would be through paypal for the original amount of $20.25 with the sender paying the fees.

Nevermind then, in that case I've just had a look at my old tf2outpost threads because I was selling them on there and I've looked at the original prices and because of the price of them at that time were around $1.39. I'd like 15 keys to replace the festive set.

At the time of it being $1.39 with 8 pieces of a set the total set value would be 11.12. I have a Strange Huntsman I am willing to repay with selling for around $12-$13 in the marketplace.

If you times 1.39 by the amount of keys I want back it comes to $20.85
I also got the $1.39 wrong
it was $1.30 according to tf2finance around February 16th so multiplying 1.3 by 15 that would come to $19.50

The amount of keys you had said you want was 15 @ the current value of 2.50/key would come to around $38

But I didn't specify current value, I specified the value of when the items were taken.

Ah, my bad I read it wrong. I am unable to repay in keys at this very moment.Though I do have 2 current options of equal value I can do right now if you'd like. They are currently: Bills+S.Huntsman or CS 1 Anthology gift

So please don't offer other items, I've stated the only thing I currently would like is 15 keys, nothing else and nothing lower.
So either sell your max's head on the steam market or sell other items to gain keys or top up your account to buy keys.
If you try to change the offer again I will reject the appeal.

I am not avoiding what you want I am stating I will repay but I will not repay more then I have scammed. You are requesting 15 keys and the value of the scammed items is around 4.5 keys. As you can see it is a big difference if you understand what I am trying to say.
