Appeal description:

We are players who have quit TF2 a long time ago and wanted to come back recently with a fresh start.

We were once banned by steamrep more than a decade ago due to listed as scammers by posing as a valve employee.

We tried to appeal that we were hacked both of us, my brother and my account.
The truth was that we downloaded a Trojan Virus that allowed the hacker to login to accounts and from there we did not know what he did but our inventories were fine. However we were banned by steamrep posing as admins once we got out account back.

When we tried to appeal the reason why we were denied or failed is because we were kids and not familiar on how to prove we downloaded a trojan. The admins had asked to take a screenshot however as we were kids, we were not familiar and even searching the web wasn't helping, we were arnd 10 years and 8 years old at that time.

With that we quietly accepted our reps as scammers despite being victim to a virus.
