To whom it may concern,

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am humbly writing to you to ask for your kind assistance with helping me to appeal my ban by SteamRep. About 1.5 years ago in September 2012, I have committed a series of scams out of mischief. I understand that because of my ignorance and irresponsible attitude, I have caused great distress for my victims and have given the administration much trouble attending to my case as well.

Time has passed by in a blink of an eye, and it has been a thing of the past that I truly regret being marked as a scammer on SteamRep. I have no longer gotten involved in tradining. And as a result of my actions and ban from Valve (which has already been resolved), all my previous TF2 items were all confiscated. I have previously spent a lot of real money on buying keys from the store to open up crates. And in a spur of a moment, being mischievous and wanting to scam for the fun of it, I committed an offense which left a mark behind until today.

I was earlier just randomly playing around with the games I have on Steam, and I tried to log into TF2 after not being in it for so long. And as I was trying to get onto one of the Singapore servers, where I am from, I was kicked out of it because I was banned on SteamRep. And this was the trigger that made me log into SteamRep to make an appeal to the committee. I have no intentions to participate in any trading in the future. I just hope that I would be able to be lift off this ban, such that I can enter servers freely and not be blacklisted any further.

I truly and sincerely hope that you would be able to remove this ban on me, and give me a clean slate on my records. I have a change of heart, and I know that I should not be doing things that would hurt others, what more cause distress.

I would love to apologize and repay my victims, and I would need help from SteamRep in doing so. I don't know how can I do this online.
