Hi there!
I was banned way back in my teens (years ago) for scamming someone on Team Fortress 2. I do remember scamming this person years ago, and i do strongly regret it now...But now as i am an Adult and a Full-time Business Student (Masters in business) and a Business owner, i can assure you that i have much matured and no actions of this kind will ever, ever be repeated again. The reason as to why i am appealing this years later is because; now that i am in my first year of my masters program and do own a business (full-time), i find myself extremely busy and the only times i get to relax would be on the occasional Sunday and late nights after work/studying. The time i spend 'relaxing' is being on my PC, and just recently a colleague of mine had told me about one of his hobbies (team fortress) and had completely re-introduced me to the game. I would really like to be able to join him on some community servers and in trading as it would make my 'relaxation' time a lot more enjoyable. I am also very aware that there are rules that Steam-rep has to follow, and i will completely understand if a un-ban is not permitted.

ps. Morally, I have tried to contact the person i had scammed to see if there was anything that i could do to make up for my extremely immature actions. Unfortunately, he is yet to connect to steam and has not been connected for the last few months or so; according to his profile. I am hoping that he sees my friend request the next time that he connects, so that we can discuss something that i can do to re-pay him.

@You Are The One , How am i supposed to fully repay the user if the user is no longer active?
In addition, If nothing is under "alternate accounts" couldn't you assume that i don't have any alternate accounts? So to answer your question/comment, no i do not have any alternate accounts.

@You Are The One How is that logical in any way? It has been almost five and a half years, i did re-pay the user a few weeks after the scam (but not fully) as i stated in my previous appeal (5 years ago). I have been busy these past 3 years finishing my under-grad and running a full-time business, and had no intentions or thoughts towards PC gaming. As i also stated, i have been trying to contact the user for weeks but he is almost certainly inactive from steam, and from the looks of it...he will not be active again.

@You Are The One Then he must have me blocked, as i have added him multiple times. Also i have very clearly looked and reviewed #7 and can assure you that i do not have access to any other account, nor do any of my family members or friends have an account.

Sorry, you are correct. By the looks of it he did come online a few minutes ago and did in fact accept my friend request to ask me who i am. I will be messaging him back and discussing with him how i will be repaying him. I will be updating the appeal shortly.

And again, as i stated...I still do not understand what you are trying to explain to me about #7 as i do not have any alternative accounts, nor do i share a connection with anyone that has a steam account.

To add on to that, my "friend" whom i play with has an account as well but he is located on the opposite side of my city and we communicate through Skype. If that is what you are implying?
